The Board of Commissioners have called a Special Meeting on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, beginning at 6:30 PM at the McDonald Building (207 McReynolds Street) for the purpose of conducting a Closed Session to discuss the acquisition of real property located at 208 Monroe Street (PID 00004511), currently owned by Hurley and Rhonda Thompson. This meeting is called pursuant to NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(5i).
