Special Events Committee

Buggy Festival Crowd

The Carthage Board of Commissioners recently adopted an ordinance authorizing the formation of a Special Events Committee to assist in the development and management of special events in Carthage. Events will include the annual Buggy Festival, Merry Thanksgiving Festival and Carthage Christmas Parade. 

If you would like to learn more about this effort or if you are interested in serving on this committee, please submit your application to the Town Clerk or via our online application form.
