Special Events Committee
The Carthage Board of Commissioners recently adopted an ordinance authorizing the formation of a Special Events Committee to assist in the development and management of special events in Carthage. Events will include the annual Buggy Festival, Merry Thanksgiving Festival and Carthage Christmas Parade.
