Day of Prayer & Unity

The Carthage Board of Commissioners has proclaimed Saturday, October 19, 2024 as a Day of Prayer & Unity for the citizens of Carthage. It is their hope that our community will come together as one to pray and fellowship in solidarity with our neighbors.

There are so many negative forces that influence society and our everyday lives. Carthage is, and has always been, a strong, close community of people that live simple lives. We take care of our own. There are so many that are suffering, and not just with the economy and other outside forces. Let's come together and lift each other up in good spirit and love for one another.
