Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the Town of Carthage Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, August 21, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the McDonald Building located at 207 McReynolds Street in Carthage.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a request for an amendment to add Cottage Industry to the Town of Carthage Development Ordinance and make it a permitted use in the Central Business District (CBD), Central Business District Fringe (B-2), Thoroughfare Business District (TBD) and Industrial District (I).
