A recycling container is located in the far right corner of the parking lot at the William C. Walton Municipal Building (Town Hall). Residents should separate recyclables from household waste and deposit in this container. Recyclables do not need to be sorted; they all go in the same container.

The Town of Carthage offers the option of having water bills emailed to customers. Please contact the Town Office at 947-2331 if you would like to have your bill sent by email.
