Board of Commissioner's Adopts Strategic Goals to Guide Carthage

As a result of an August 2022 Strategic Planning Session, the Carthage Board of Commissioner's identified seven key goals to help guide decision making for the next 3-5 years in the Town of Carthage. 

 A strategic plan is a living document and is meant to be reviewed and updated every one to three years as the town experiences economic and community changes over time.
