Land Use Plan Survey

The Town of Carthage needs your help! We are currently in the process of updating our Land Use Plan. We are working with the our area Council of Governments and have appointed a steering committee. But, we still want to hear from you! Please consider taking a few minutes to complete a survey about what you would like to see changed/improved/removed from the Town of Carthage.
