Board of Commissioners Hearing: September 18, 2023 | 6:30 p.m.

Location: McDonald Building | 207 McReynolds Street, Carthage, NC

Purpose: The Planning Board and Board of Commissioners shall convene on the dates/times above to consider a petition from SKC Properties to rezone Parcel #00001234, located at the corner of Rockingham and S. McNeill Streets, from R-20 to R-10-CZ, for the purpose of developing a 78 single-family, detached, residential subdivision.

The Planning Board shall consider the petition and public comment prior to making a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.

This is a legislative hearing. A public comment period will be available during the hearing.
