Location: McDonald Building | 207 McReynolds Street, Carthage, NC

Purpose: The Planning Board and/or Board of Commissioners shall convene on the dates/times above to consider a petition from Jackson Chapman Development, LLC to rezone Parcel #20030400, 20100339, 20100340 located adjacent to Robert Place and Savannah Garden Drive, from R-10 to R-10-CZ, for the purpose of developing a 82 single-family, detached, residential subdivision.

The Planning Board shall consider the petition and public comment prior to making a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.

This is a legislative hearing. A public comment period will be available during the hearing.
